Return & Refund Policy

We can provide a refund only under one condition: you must provide a full unboxing video, starting right before opening the plastic package and showing each product clearly in the video. An exchange will not be applicable if the plastic package is opened before taking this video.

Additionally, you must raise any issues within 1 day of delivery. After this period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
